St. Louis Parish Festival 2013
We have a couple festival meetings under our belts and we have a good direction for the upcoming festival.
We are still in need of some additional help in areas listed below. Please read the brief description and let us know if you would be generous enough to volunteer to make our Parish festival a success.
Areas we are in need of volunteers:
Voice Auction - Assist auctioneer and bidding process. Prepare list of items
for auction.
Childrens Games - Set-up games booth & arrange prizes. Schedule volunteers
Craft Booth - Price and set-up donated craft items. Schedule volunteers.
Raffle Baskets - Assist in making raffle baskets with donated items
Web Advertising - Assist with placing ads on websites, i.e. travelwisconsin.com
