5th & 6th Grade - Kathleen Collins
As a member of St. Louis from age one to about age 25 when I moved out of the area. However, I did visit the church several times a year when ever I visited my parents who still are members (for almost 60 years). I have been living in New York for the past 25 years where I was a member of St. Augustine Church. I taught grade school for three years and for the past 10 years worked at a Dutchess Community College teaching and advising underdeveloped students. I enjoy reading, gardening and visiting museums and historic sites. I value community service and encourage everyone to participate and contribute. I look to the Holy Spirit for guidance and wisdom. As the 5th and 6th grade teacher, I work with students to reflect upon why they want to be a Catholic, and I am sure their reflections will fuel my faith.

Warmly, Kathleen Collins

7th & 8th Grade - Corinne Angotti
My name is Corinne Angotti. My husband Norm and I are Saint Louis Parish members. Our children Victoria (7th grade) Glen (5th grade) and Joey (1st grade) attend St. Louis Religious Education. My Catholic faith has been important to me as it provides a foundation to build our lives around. I’m proud to say that I belong to a church that has such steep traditions and heritage. This will be my third year as a catechist. I’m looking forward to learning along with my students as I’m sure their questions will help deepen my own faith and understanding as we seek to answer them together. A few things about me: I am in the Finance department at SC Johnson; we enjoy motorized outdoor activities (four wheelers, boat, motorhome); I am a Dance Mom as our daughter Victoria is in Company at our studio which means we travel to dance competitions; I am also a soccer and basketball mom… needless to say we are very busy! I look forward to a great year!

9th Grade - Diane Horstman
I live in Raymond and have been married for nineteen years. My husband, Andy, and I have three children: Maddy, Alex, and Ryan. Maddy was confirmed last year, Alex is a freshman, and Ryan is in seventh grade; both boys are servers. Andy is on the parish council.

I grew up in the Raymond area and received all my sacraments at St. Louis Parish. I moved back to the Milwaukee area after college and was a member of St. Stephen’s parish in Milwaukee/Oak Creek until 2011 when my family switched to St. Louis parish. In addition to teaching religious education, I’m a reader and Eucharistic Minister. When I’m not working, I spend my time with family, friends, volunteering, and watching the Badgers and Packers.

This year marks the sixth year my brother, Don, and I will teach religious education at St. Louis. Over the years, we have taught, first, second, sixth, and ninth/tenth grades. I really enjoy teaching the students and seeing them grow in their Catholic faith. I look forward to finding creative ways to teach the students so they stay engaged and get the most out of our time together.

9th Grade - Don Bauer
I live in Franklin and have been married for sixteen years. My wife, Amy, and I have three children: Megan, Matthew, and Mason. Megan is a freshman in high school, Matthew is in seventh grade and Mason is in sixth grade.

I am active at St Louis in the following areas: The Knights of Columbus, the Finance Committee and I’m a Eucharistic Minister. My sister, Diane, and I teach religious education.

I grew up in Raymond then attended the University of Wisconsin and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have a BAs in Political Science (Madison) and Accounting (Milwaukee). We currently live in Franklin.

I look forward to helping the new high school students building on their previous knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of their Catholic faith.

11th Grade Catechists - Kim Kortendick and Ginger Rohde
We have been doing high school programs for over 14 years. We have taken four classes thru Confirmation. We enjoying doing this because it helps us continue on our faith journey and we enjoy being involved with your children’s faith journey. We like seeing the insight, opinions, and thoughts of the students as we discuss our faith. We enjoying doing things outside the classroom with the students to get to know them better.

You can contact us anytime either via email or phone or text.
